BREAKING: HUGE NEWS CONFIRMED ABOUT Leny Yoro THIS AFTERNOON!

Big news has emerged about Leny Yoro this afternoon.

After Manchester United’s dominant 7-0 win against Barnsley in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, their focus now returns to Premier League action as they prepare to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this Saturday. United will aim to achieve consecutive league victories for the first time this season, following their convincing 3-0 win over Southampton last weekend, which helped them bounce back from earlier challenges.

Crystal Palace is expected to provide a tougher test compared to Southampton and Barnsley, and manager Erik ten Hag will likely urge his players not to become complacent after their recent successes. The Barnsley match showcased United’s attacking strengths and gave Ten Hag a chance to rotate his squad, avoiding further injury issues.

As the team gets ready for the London clash, here’s the latest on Manchester United’s injury situation:

Leny Yoro: The recent signing from Lille fractured his metatarsal during United’s pre-season tour in the U.S. and underwent surgery, which may sideline him for up to three months. Fortunately, his recovery is progressing well, and he no longer requires crutches.

Victor Lindelof: The Swedish center-back hasn’t played since being substituted at halftime in a pre-season game against Liverpool. Although Ten Hag was hopeful about Lindelof’s return, he has yet to be included in the squad this season.

Luke Shaw: Sidelined with a calf injury before the season opener against Fulham, Shaw was initially expected to return after the international break but has missed several matches. Ten Hag stated that Shaw is improving but isn’t fit to feature just yet.

Tyrell Malacia: Absent since the end of the 2022/23 season with a knee injury, Malacia is close to returning to full team training. His comeback is expected within the next couple of months.

Mason Mount: A minor muscle injury kept Mount out of games against Liverpool, Southampton, and Barnsley. He has recently resumed first-team training and may be fit in time for the Palace game.

Erik ten Hag is expected to provide more updates on Mount’s fitness and other injury concerns during his pre-match press conference on Thursday.
