BOMBSHELL: Chelsea’s £35m Demand for Star Player Stuns Fans!

Chelsea is asking for £35 million for a player they are eager to sell this summer. The club has decided to offload Trevoh Chalobah, a key player in their revival last season, to generate funds. Chalobah was excluded from Chelsea’s preseason tour as part of this decision.

With Enzo Maresca taking over as the new manager, Chelsea is undergoing significant changes. They have brought in several new players, including Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Omari Kellyman, and Tosin Adarabioyo, while Thiago Silva has departed. Following a sixth-place finish in the league, former manager Mauricio Pochettino was dismissed.

According to Fabrizio Romano via GiveMeSport, Chelsea has set Chalobah’s price at £30-35 million, with interest from both Premier League and foreign clubs. Romano stated, “The price tag wanted by Chelsea is something between £30-35 million for Trevoh Chalobah. There are proposals from the Premier League and from abroad. There is interest but, at the moment, still no formal proposal on the table at Chelsea. They’re also waiting to see what happens. My feeling is that it’s going to take some time before we know the new club of Chalobah.”

Although Chalobah’s departure would be a loss due to his versatility, Chelsea is willing to sell him to fund their transfer activities. Chalobah played 13 Premier League matches last season and contributed significantly to the team’s late-season resurgence, helping them secure a European spot after spending much of the season mid-table.
