BOMBSHELL TRANSFER NEWS! Kevin De Bruyne drops a transfer bombshell that will leave Manchester City fans SPEECHLESS!

Kevin De Bruyne’s Potential Transfer: Manchester City Star Reportedly Set for Saudi Arabia Move

Kevin De Bruyne, the Belgian captain and Manchester City’s key player, has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Al-Ittihad, signaling a potential exit from the Etihad Stadium this summer. Rumors about De Bruyne’s future have been rife in recent months, with a possible move now seeming more certain.

De Bruyne has been a standout performer for Manchester City since his transfer from VfL Wolfsburg in 2015. During his tenure, he has scored 102 goals and provided 170 assists in 382 appearances, contributing to the team’s six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, five League Cups, and the 2023 Champions League victory.

Despite his success, injuries limited his playing time last season, and interest from Saudi Arabia has emerged. According to Italian sources and The Mirror, De Bruyne is interested in joining Al-Ittihad. With only 12 months left on his current contract and no extension in sight, a move seems increasingly likely.

Negotiations between Manchester City and Al-Ittihad are reportedly ongoing. Al-Ittihad, managed by Laurent Blanc, already boasts stars like N’Golo Kante and Karim Benzema, although Benzema might leave this summer.

In a recent interview, De Bruyne acknowledged the financial lure of Saudi Arabia, saying, “At my age, you have to be open to everything. You’re talking about incredible amounts of money at what might be the end of my career. If I played there for two years, I could earn an incredible amount. Before that, I had to play football for 15 years.”

He added, “I may not even reach that amount yet. Then you have to think about what that could mean next. At the moment, I haven’t had to think about that [a summer transfer] yet.”
