SHOCKER! Pep Guardiola Names Two Bundesliga MEGA STARS as Manchester City’s FUTURE!

Pep Guardiola’s contract with Manchester City is set to expire in June 2025, and there are increasing rumors that the Spanish manager might not renew, potentially taking a break after nearly ten years at the helm. Despite this, Guardiola is keen to maintain City’s dominance in English football and has reportedly advised the club on potential replacements for key players.

According to El Nacional, Guardiola has suggested that Manchester City target Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich and Jamal Musiala as ideal recruits.

Guardiola views Kimmich as the perfect addition to complement Rodri, and also as a capable deputy in the defensive midfield role. With Kimmich’s contract at Bayern ending soon, Manchester City may have the chance to sign him on a free transfer. However, they are expected to face stiff competition from Real Madrid and Barcelona, according to the report.

Additionally, Guardiola has recommended Musiala as a long-term successor to Kevin De Bruyne. Musiala, widely regarded as one of the most promising young players in Europe, is under contract with Bayern until 2026. Both Real Madrid and Barcelona are also keeping tabs on him, and his market value could exceed €100 million if bidding escalates.

Meanwhile, reports from Fichajes (via Caught Offside) indicate that Real Madrid are eyeing Manchester City’s Rodri as a top target for next summer. Madrid president Florentino Perez is reportedly prepared to offer €130 million for the midfielder, who was instrumental in City’s treble-winning campaign in 2022-23.

Rodri, crucial to Guardiola’s system, has not yet played this season as he was given extended rest following Spain’s Euro 2024 victory. Nonetheless, City has started the Premier League strongly in his absence, winning their first three matches.

As speculation grows around Guardiola’s future, Real Madrid’s interest in Rodri could create additional uncertainty for Manchester City.!
